All shipments are made via Swiss Post. The prices of the products and shipping fees are expressed with taxes:

Economy delivery: 2 working days (Switzerland, Liechtenstein), Priority delivery: 1 working day if the orer has been placed before 13.00.

All orders shipped within Switzerland have a tracking number, as the delivery is really fast, we do not sent the tracking numbers but at your request, we will be pleased to sent it to you. We are not responsible for lost orders, if the tracking shows that they have been successfully shipped.

For those who live in and around Lausanne, you have the possibility to arrange (by email) a pick up and to get the products directly at our store ” La boutique du Yoga” place du tunnel 8, 1005 Lausanne.

We ship orders several times a week. Please note that we work from Tuesday to Saturday, therefore, the orders placed on the weekend leave all on Tuesday morning.

Order Verification

Please verify that you have entered your mailing address correctly before finalizing your order. We do not make address corrections unless notified prior to shipping as we assume the adresses where entered correctly. We cannot be held responsible for goods delivered to an incorrect address.

Out of Stock

Since Breath of Fire garments are manufactured in small batches and sold simultaneously at our Yoga Store in Lausanne as on our website, a stockout may unfortunately occur. We will take all necessary steps to inform you if this situation should arise, so that you can have the choice to wait, perhaps choose another color or cancel the order.

Returns

We are committed to the quality of our products every day. Each one of them is designed with great care and attention. Your satisfaction is very important to us, so you can exchange a garment for another size, design or color. The cost of sending the item back to us from your home is at your expense, but we will pay the new cost of sending the exchanged item back to you.
However, if you return the item without an exchange, you will be responsible for the shipping costs and we will not refund the original shipping costs since the service was provided. If you have any doubts about any of our garments, please feel free to visit us at the Lausanne boutique or to visit one of our boutique retailers. We are also available by email and phone to allow you to make a precise choice according to your request.
